Pilot Program run through local School

Christchurch Choi Kwang Do school owner Mark Palmer conducted a Pilot program through Hammersley Park School last term. The program was a huge success and introduced students to some of the basic self defence techniques of Choi Kwang Do. Students learnt how to stretch and prepare the body for exercise, defensive moves, drills and they built focus & concentration which helps them in all aspects of their life.

With the huge success of the first program, it is being run again this term at Hammersley Park School. Mark Palmer said the program provides a great chance for children to gain a good introduction to Choi Kwang Do. Students can then have the option to join up as an official student of Choi Kwang Do and train at the St Albans school. Mark is committed to assisting people of all ages to do the best they can to have good balanced exercise that benefits the brain and body together.
